This Bedford home was originally constructed in the early eighties. The first floor of the home was dated and compartmentalized with a small kitchen and adjoining rooms. We were challenged to come up with a design which would greatly expand and enhance the kitchen along with an updating the adjoining rooms. The solution we came up with was to eliminate what was the existing formal dining room and incorporated that space in the new expanded kitchen. The formal living room was converted to a dining room and the family room was updated with a new exterior window layout, updated fireplace façade, cabinetry and wet bar. This was all accomplished without adding any additional square footage to the existing home. The results are simply stunning!
